Nutrifish in Produits de la Mer magazine


Nutrifish continues to make people talk about him, it is the turn of the magazine Produits de la Mer (n°180 – March 2018 – p.42) to devote an article to them.

PdM chose Nutrifish to talk about the pioneers in the valuation of fish co-products. The magazine recalled our main characteristics: four process lines (meat, oil, powder and hydrolysate) and a 100% Food Grade plant. He also highlighted our export-related activity where 80% of our products are exported internationally.


New product: COD POWDER

Nutrifish’s teams are proud to present their new product: an aromatic cod powder. This powder, made from ultra fresh and carefully selected cod raw materials. This fine cod powder is ideal for culinary preparations (soups, smokes, ready meals, snacks, surimi, dietetics) and / or as an aromatic base (fish flavours).

Easy to use because of its powdery texture which give it a solubility of quality and stable over time. Our cod powder also has nutritional benefits thanks to its protein and marine mineral content.


We will be present at Supply Side West

Like every year for the last 20 years, Supply Side West will take place this year from the 25th until the 29th of September at Las Vegas.

We are certified HACCP and GMP+ !

We are now accredited HACCPHazard Analysis Critical Control Point. HACCP identifies, evaluates and controls the significant dangers regarding food safety.

The GMP+ Certification scheme was initiated and developed in 1992 by the Dutch feed industry in response to various more or less serious incidents involving contamination in feed materials. Although it started as a national scheme, it has developed to become an international scheme that is managed by GMP+ International in collaboration with various international stakeholders.haccpgmp

New product : PHOSSEA®, natural marine mineral extract

The natural marine mineral extract production has been launched at Nutrifish. PHOSSEA® is a fine white / ivory powder essentially composed of mineral materials such as calcium and phosphorus which play a major role in the human organism and notably the bone metabolism.

3 to 5g of PHOSSEA® per day are recommended to achieve the Daily Recommended Intake of these two minerals.

PHOSSEA® can be put into capsules or tablets. It can also be used in dietetic recipes.

We will be present at Vitafoods from the 9th until the 10th of May !

We will be present at the 2017 edition of Vitafoods Europe as visitors from the 9th until the 10th of May.

The company Nutrifish began its activity in the new production site certified “human consumption” and located in Normandy.

As a new actor in the ingredient domain, we offer natural actives destined to markets such as, agroalimentary, aromatics, nutraceutics.
